As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I’ve spent years learning that great food starts with quality ingredients, careful preparation, and genuine hospitality. Pita Party combines that professional culinary background with the fun, relaxed atmosphere of a neighborhood food truck.

Whether we are serving lunch at a local business or catering a wedding, feeding a festival crowd, or celebrating a birthday, every pita is made fresh and every guest is treated like family.
